River Days is made possible through the dedication and hard work of our wonderful volunteers and sponsors! Help us improve the lives of the youth of North Indian River County by supporting this beneficial community event. We would be honored to include your business as an event sponsor. As a 501(c)3, all sponsorships of the festival are donations to our non-profit, and thereby tax deductible. We have several Sponsorship Levels available, as detailed below.

Sponsor Application

PELICAN SPONSOR $5,000
Same as the Manatee Sponsor plus sponsor name or logo printed on the 2023 River Days t-shirts, your name in all advertising and interviews, (6) complementary meal tickets, (8) guests to the Craft Brew Hullabaloo and (8) complimentary 2023 River Days t-shirts. Payment must be received at least 1 month prior to the event to include printed name on shirts. Completed Sponsor Agreement, payment and artwork (if applicable) must be received prior to Sponsors receiving benefits detailed above. Payment must be received no later than February 6th. All banners must be provided 1 week prior to event. Banners must not exceed 32 square feet.

MANATEE SPONSOR $2,500
Same as the Dolphin Sponsor plus your banner will be displayed at the VIP Event. Your sponsor name will be featured on our website and in all print and newspaper advertising. In addition, your name will be mentioned in all radio, TV and newspaper interviews. You will receive admission for (6) guests to the VIP Event, (6) guests to the Craft Brew Hullabaloo and (6) complimentary 2022 River Days t-shirts.

DOLPHIN SPONSOR $1,000
Same as the Osprey Sponsor plus your name and logo will be on the sponsor banner, your company banner will be placed in a HIGHLY visible area during the event, you will receive a free vendor booth and your name featured on our website and in all print advertising and newspaper ads plus admission for (4) guests to the VIP Event, (4) guest to the Craft Brew Hullabaloo and (4) 2022 River Days t-shirts.

OSPREY SPONSOR $500
Same as Mullet Sponsor plus your sponsor name listed in the event newspaper and website advertising along with admission for (4) guests to the VIP Event and (2) guest tickets to the Craft Brew Hullabaloo.

MULLET SPONSOR $300
Same as Crab Sponsor plus your company banner placed on the fence during the event along with admission for (2) guests to the VIP event.

CRAB SPONSOR $100
Recognition in Event Program and on Sponsor Board located at the event.

The foundation is a 501(c)3 organization, any gift given is tax deductible. Tax ID and 501(c)3 Status is on file and available upon request.
